Our team will be respectful, trustworthy, strategic and flexible; we will approach teaching and learning with high expectations, patience, and encouragement. We are actively engaged and involved in the Kern River Valley community.

We are building a community of life-long learners by holding each other accountable, offering opportunities with constant encouragement, and helping all students experience success through modeling behaviors and skills necessary for success.

We will provide to all students and team members an engaging and supportive teaching and learning community dedicated to student achievement. We will focus on growth in academics, social-emotional learning, citizenship, and attendance of all students and team members.
