How Do We Behave

We are humble and approachable. We are passionate in our roles and empathetic towards our students and families. We hold ourselves accountable to be focused and to act with integrity. Our team will be respectful, trustworthy, strategic and flexible; we will approach teaching and learning with high expectations, patience, and encouragement. We are actively engaged and involved in the Kern River Valley community.

What Do We Do?

We are building a community of life-long learners by holding each other accountable, offering opportunities with constant encouragement, and helping all students experience success through modeling behaviors and skills necessary for success.
